Context and objectives
As part of a partnership with Nextgen Business School, EKOVYA and EDUMOTIV co‑facilitated a Business Game on Monday, 8 September 2025 (afternoon) and Tuesday, 9 September 2025 (full day) at 12 Rue Louis‑Maynard, 69100 Villeurbanne. The goal: engage students with real strategic challenges blending innovation, urban impact, and go‑to‑market.

The 3 challenges proposed to students
- EKOVYA catalog redesign — Carte blanche | Envision a clearer product architecture, frictionless purchase journeys, and materials tailored to each audience.
- Distribution channels proposal — Carte blanche | Explore, test, and prioritize online and offline channels to accelerate EKOVYA’s reach.
- Urban Eco — Bringing the living into the city | Design actionable ideas to better integrate living systems into urban environments: uses, services, partnerships, and impact indicators.
