Business Game – NEXTGEN / EKOVYA

Context and objectives

As part of a partnership with Nextgen Business School, EKOVYA and EDUMOTIV co‑facilitated a Business Game on Monday, 8 September 2025 (afternoon) and Tuesday, 9 September 2025 (full day) at 12 Rue Louis‑Maynard, 69100 Villeurbanne. The goal: engage students with real strategic challenges blending innovation, urban impact, and go‑to‑market.

Day 1 — Monday, 8 September 2025 (9:00–4:30 p.m.)

  • Team welcome and introduction to EKOVYA, the game framework, and expected deliverables.
  • Project‑team kick‑off and clarification of working assumptions.
  • Guided ideation: problem framing, first directions, and role allocation.

Organizational note: the EDUMOTIV team (including executive assistants and HR) traveled by carpool from the EDUMOTIV center. Many thanks to Alexandre Gain for providing a 7‑seat vehicle, easing access to Nextgen.

Day 2 — Tuesday, 9 September 2025 (8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.)

  • Sprint work: prototyping, benchmarking, value proposition design, and success metrics.
  • Rotating coaching by EKOVYA/EDUMOTIV: mid‑course feedback, coherence checks, and pitch prep.
  • End‑of‑day presentations: each team delivered its outputs; Nextgen provided a room so the facilitation team could work quietly between sessions.
