Two intense days connecting talent, employers, and job‑ready training.
On October 15 and 16, 2025, we took part in the Village des Recruteurs in Lyon. Our goals were to present our publicly funded reskilling and upskilling pathways (Région, France Travail, OPCO, CPF) and to meet motivated candidates aiming for immediately employable roles in IT and data.

Across both days, we focused on informing visitors who could benefit from our training about how we work at Edumotiv, our alternative methods (project‑based learning, flipped sessions, and mastery‑based assessments) and our employer‑brief‑driven approach that mirrors real tasks. We also met several qualified trainers interested in future collaboration to open additional cohorts and specialized short courses.
The outcome is clear:
We’re leaving with around 50 candidate enquiries, partnership opportunities to develop with local companies, and strong momentum for our upcoming late‑2025 cohorts. We also gathered concrete project briefs from the field to accelerate the transition from training to employment.
