2018

Launch

EDUMOTIV is created as a training organization and secures its training activity declaration. The first pilot cohorts run with adult learners, and the experiential pedagogy takes shape around a realistic fictitious company to mirror workplace dynamics. Early partnerships with companies provide authentic cases to anchor the simulations.

2019

Offer structuring

The offer is structured into clear reskilling paths and the situational approach is formalized end‑to‑end, from onboarding to assessment. Publicly funded sessions begin with regional and employment‑service stakeholders, while outcome tracking (completion, job placement, learner feedback) is embedded into the quality loop.

2020

Quality ramp‑up and digital shift

Delivery switches to a robust hybrid model, combining on‑site and remote components. New technical tracks roll out across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Microsoft Power Platform, and SAP SD/MM, and Edumotic v1 is introduced to let learners practice processes in a safe yet realistic environment.

2021

Certification and structured contracts

EDUMOTIV passes its initial QUALIOPI audit under the RNQ framework and aligns its processes to audit expectations. CPF eligibility opens for selected programs, and the first structured regional and OPCO contracts frame multi‑cohort delivery. Core KPIs learner satisfaction, completion, and 6‑month outcomes are monitored consistently.

2022

Generalization and compliance

QUALIOPI compliance is maintained as it becomes mandatory nationwide. The catalog expands with Power BI, advanced Power Apps/Power Automate, and networking fundamentals, while new OPCO conventions broaden sector coverage. Work‑entry schemes (e.g., POEI/AFPR where relevant) strengthen the employability pathway.

2023

Partnerships and industrialization

A successful surveillance audit confirms maturity of the quality system. Partnerships deepen to source realistic datasets and scenarios for the fictitious company, and SAP SD/MM logistics flows are woven more tightly into Edumotic. Annual results are consolidated to demonstrate learner impact and employer satisfaction.

France Travail and employability scale‑up

Conventions align with France Travail as the national framework evolves. Mixed‑funding cohorts (Région, OPCO, CPF) scale, and new modules in IT architecture, networking, and baseline security raise technical breadth. Employer case studies and testimonials document measurable workplace outcomes.

2025

Consolidation and pedagogical innovation

On the three‑year cycle, EDUMOTIV prepares and executes its QUALIOPI renewal. Edumotic is fully integrated across the learner journey—Salesforce lead‑to‑cash, SAP SD/MM order‑to‑delivery, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI analytics—creating an end‑to‑end, data‑driven simulation. Year‑to‑date indicators show sustained satisfaction and employability, backed by new multi‑funder contracts.
